The Week 25 – Fix it!


So I was sitting this afternoon, busy colouring whilst the boys are playing and was thinking about my blog for this week. Then it struck me that I need to share a post I did last year with you again. I was thinking someone out there needs to read this today, so I need to share it again.

I have had such amazing success personally for myself and then also for my clients with this simple excercise. This is mainly to help when you are having issues with a specific person, someone that you are struggling with and it seems like nothing that you are doing is working on the situation and the relationship.

So you can use a combination of Ho’oponopono and sending pink angel light.

A few years ago I was faced with a tough relationship and it really felt like there was no way of making things better between me and this person, I felt like I had hit a wall.  Then I was told about Ho’oponopono and I started using this for a few weeks and miraculously things between me and this person just got better.

Ho’oponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.
Ho’o means ‘to’ and Ponopono is defined as “to put to rights; to put in order or shape, correct, revise, adjust, amend, regulate, arrange, rectify, tidy up, make orderly or neat”.

The mantra goes as follows:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
I thank you.

Now when I started this the first time, I was quite annoyed by the fact that I had to say I am sorry as I was pretty convinced that it was all her fault.  But then the longer I kept doing this and the more I said it the more my empathy for her increased and I realised that it was two of us participating in this destructive dance.  So I carried on doing this and saying it every single night and send love and light to her.  Then one day it just felt like none of the issues mattered any more and all of a sudden we had come to this calm state of being.  It was amazing, so now I use this all the time when I am struggling with a relationship.

So if you are struggling with a relationship, give this a try, I can vouch for the pure awesomeness of it. I usually say the mantra 10 times per person every day and then imagine sending a beautiful pink light of love to their heart centre.

The Week 24 – Trusting The Process

I have had such a lovely week last week and getting stuck back into work after our holiday.

I really enjoy doing the Akashic Record readings, it involves a lot of questions on behalf of the client and I always go with the answers that are given to me. Through experience I have now learnt that you can’t try and go with what you think, you just have to trust the process and believe what you get from the Guides. Don’t try and be clever about it, just listen 😉

But then there is the Spirit Guide readings, now these get me super excited. This also entails a lot of question but the most fun part is the messages that the Guides like to convey to the client.

I really love ‘automatic writing’ when I do this reading. This is a lovely skill I was taught and it involves blanking out your brain and just writing. No thought, you just let the pen scribble over the pages and keep writing until that pen stops. I usually sit back then and have a read.

I have also invented for myself what I call ‘automatic typing’, this is me just sitting, staring at the screen and then typing. As I do touch typing, I can really let rip with this one. At 70 words a minute a lot can get through.

For me this is just so lovely and I just write what comes out and then this is presented to the client when I do the reading. And I always have to laugh at how these words speak true to clients, and then I think but this stuff just came out my pen/keyboard…..  but then I realise how much our Guides want to communicate with us. How much they have to say and share and about how we should just take the time to listen.

So for myself I have now also taken up automatic writing, I don’t just use this to communicate with my client Guides but also with my own Guides.  What I usually will do is if I am battling with an issue or I need some guidance or direction I will use automatic writing.

Make sure you sit down somewhere quiet, be very specific with your intention and what you are asking your Guides. It is very important to be specific and clear with your questions – an unclear question will receive an unclear answer. I also find asking nicely and using please and thank you is very important too 😉

I then just starting writing, no matter what comes out of your pen just start writing. And if you feel like you are stuck and nothing is coming out then just write something like – I don’t know why I am writing this but I am just writing for the sake of writing etc etc – so keep doing this until something starts coming out. You will be soooooo startled by the answer you get if you just let go and trust the process.

We have to start realising that we can not control everything in life, you can not control what is going to come from your Guides either, so let go and let flow.

So give it a try when you have a question, make sure you are in a quiet space, invite your Guides in and be sincere in your asking. The answers are all there we just need to get them onto paper.

The Week 23 – Self Worth

I was once again blessed this weekend to spend an amazing two days on Good Hope Farm near McGregor attending the ‘Timeout with the Angels’ Retreat.  What an amazing weekend and so many new people met, new friendships formed and loads of personal healing and understanding for myself.

I always love the way that Michelle runs the sessions, very much guided by what is required by the group of people attending. Even though there is always a program, it seems that the Angels just take over and move us all towards where we most need to be.

So as we started the morning the issue of Self Love vs Self Worth came up and we did some amazing explorations.  So we all get the concept of Self Love – this is really looking after yourself on a personal level, loving yourself enough to care and do things for you, things like pampering yourself, making sure that you are well looked after and generally learning to love yourself.

Then we have the other element of Self Worth – now this is a tricky baby to deal with. So when the explanation for this one started it was said that you need to realise that you are worthy of receiving more than you ever allow yourself to AND that you need to let go of stuff that does not serve you. Once you have done this the result will be peace and inner harmony.

How awesome is that – well it all sounded great and obviously this is something we all want – then our question came but how do I do this?

So we started with a simple exercise – she told us to write down what we love about ourselves. Man, was this a slow process, I think I got to about 8 things and then she said but think now about what other people say and think about you, so that made it way easier for me and I could actually start writing more things down.

What I found incredibly sad thought was that my list of stuff that I don’t like would be way longer than my initial list that I had to write about myself, this excluded the items that I know other people like about me.

So one thing to keep in mind and that Michelle kept on remind us of is – your reality is matched by your dominant vibration.
So by lifting our vibration we start changing the way we view things and the way we manifest things in our lives.

So our next exercise was to lift our vibration (so start thinking in a positive way about yourself) and start writing a list of things that you are worthy of. And do this by using I AM, so an example would be I Am worthy, I AM kind, I AM intelligent etc etc etc

Then once you have finished this list start again and lift your vibration again, but also think about how others think about you, about how much your angels and guides love you and how wonderful they think you are and then start writing a list again.

I was so surprised by what I got from this exercise and about how amazing it was to actually start looking at myself in such a positive light.

Then later on Kenny mentioned that him and his partner often play a game whilst driving where they use the I AM alphabet. So you start with A and this will be for instance I AM abundant and then move to B – I AM beautiful and then on to C – I AM courageous. And so you continue up to Z.

So yesterday morning I did some meditation and I thought about the wonderful alphabet game and I decided to start my meditation with it. What an awesome idea that was, and you know what I can feel the peace and inner harmony growing.

So my tip for the week start playing the I AM alphabet game with yourself and raise your vibration every time you do this.
